We have in-stock centerpieces that you can choose from, we can provide custom centerpieces for an additional charge, or you may bring in your own. 

Yes, we require them to be inside a container.

Weddings - you may come in at 10am. If you need access earlier than 10:00 it is an additional $125 per hour. 

Any time after 10:00am.

Your rental ends at 12 midnight.

You will be charged an additional $300.00 per hour. 

No. The Hearth Room Seats 100, Outdoor seats 200, and the Ballroom seats 200. 

We allow you to use the facility for rehearsals and dinners, for an additional fee 

Monday - Thursday. Please see price sheet. 

We require a 50% non-refundable down payment to reserve your date. The 50% is on the package.

All events must be paid in full 30 days prior to the event. 

Cash, Credit Cards, Check, or Money Orders. There is a 3.5% fee to process credit and debit cards. 

Your 50% down payment is non-refundable.

You must purchase our Bar Package to have alcohol on the property.

We do have warming kitchen. You may not cook food on the property.

We have a bridal suite that you may use. The groomsmen can get ready in the restroom and use the bar area until the event starts.

We do have a list of vendors that we have worked with however, you are not required to use them.

You will be provided with contact information once your contract is signed.

We always have a staff member on site for your entire rental period.
